User Data Deletion
If you connected a social account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) to One Million Media, use the steps below to request deletion of your data.
Option 1: In-App Removal (Fastest)
- Log in to your One Million Media account.
- Go to your client dashboard and open connected social channels.
- Disconnect any connected channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube).
- Email support@onemillionmedia.com with subject: Data Deletion Request.
Option 2: Email Request
If you do not have portal access, email support@onemillionmedia.com and include:
- Your full name and email used with the account
- Your company/client name (if applicable)
- The connected platform(s) (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube)
- A statement that you are requesting deletion of your user data
Processing Timeline
We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days.
