User Data Deletion

If you connected a social account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) to One Million Media, use the steps below to request deletion of your data.

Option 1: In-App Removal (Fastest)

  1. Log in to your One Million Media account.
  2. Go to your client dashboard and open connected social channels.
  3. Disconnect any connected channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube).
  4. Email support@onemillionmedia.com with subject: Data Deletion Request.

Option 2: Email Request

If you do not have portal access, email support@onemillionmedia.com and include:

  • Your full name and email used with the account
  • Your company/client name (if applicable)
  • The connected platform(s) (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube)
  • A statement that you are requesting deletion of your user data

Processing Timeline

We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days.
