Use of Services

You agree to use the services lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and credentials.

Third-Party Integrations

The services may connect to third-party platforms (including social and CRM providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those third-party terms and policies.

Platform-Specific Terms

When you connect a social media account to One Million Media, your use of that connection is subject to the respective platform's terms in addition to these Terms:

• Facebook & Instagram: Your use of Facebook and Instagram data through our platform is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Community Standards. We access only the data you authorize, and you may revoke access at any time through Facebook Settings or our dashboard.
• TikTok: Your use of TikTok data through our platform is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time through TikTok Settings or our dashboard.
• YouTube & Google: Your use of YouTube data through our platform is subject to the Google API Terms of Service and YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions or our dashboard.

We do not claim ownership of any data from your connected social media accounts. You retain all rights to your content. We access this data solely to provide analytics and reporting services.

Intellectual Property

One Million Media and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and related materials, except for your own data and content.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Million Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
